The autumn season of the 4th International M. K. Čiurlionis Music Festival will be held in Vilnius on October 22 to November 15. “Klasika LT” will host world renowned performers from France, Germany, Israel, the USA as well as the most celebrated Lithuanian musicians. This year’s line-up includes E. Indjic, D. Yoffe, M. Vaiman, Lithuanian National Prize Laureates Z. Ibelhauptas and R. Rikterė duo, E. Minkštimas, J. Karnavičius performing of M. K. Čiurlionis’ unrecognized musical cycles, V. Kuprevičienė with her new programme as well as young piano talents. The Festival will also witness a special world music project “Cosmic Čiurlionis” (P. Vyšniauskas, O. Molokokojedovas, A. Žvirblytė). The concert venues include the Palace of Grand Dukes, the newly opened Vaidila Theatre hall, Piano LT and LMTA halls, and the Museum of Applied Arts.
